Though our main disappointment is beyond condo owners control. Tower 3 Elevators only have 2 of 3 functioning which caused congestion. After check in, we had to wait 3 hours for the line to go down enough so we could take our stuff to our condo. Finally paid the Bellman to assist just to access a cart. This congestion was all day everyday unless it was before 7am. My sister stayed in Tower 2 and had no issues with elevator. Would love to come back & stay again but probably will not due to the elevator inconveniences. :-( ##### Lynn S.
