It was great being able to have all 16 members of our group in the home (8 in each unit). The A side has a working elevator, but 400B does not. It doesn't advertise that it does, so no worries there, but if it was working, it would have made getting in and out much more manageable. Something to consider if you're looking at renting with older, or physically impaired people in your group. Walkable to Main St and plenty of parking for our group. ##### William R. We had our own bedroom and space. If we wanted to get together, the upstairs part of the house has plenty of room with the game room living room area, kitchen and dining.
