No gas or charcoal grills permitted. Non-Smoking Units. No pets allowed. Minimum Age Requirement: 25 years or older.  
  
Enjoy this spacious three bedroom, three bathroom, luxury condominium located at the North Tower in Barefoot Resort. The balcony overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway, Barefoot Marina, and the resort pool.  
  
The unit has a very comfortable layout with two master bedrooms and a guest room. There is ample seating for dining in with a large bar area and a spacious dinning room table, set for six. Continuing into the open living room, cozy lounge furniture surrounds the entertainment center.   
  
Relax poolside, play golf, or take in the beach with nearby waterfront restaurants!

We really enjoyed everything about the stay other than the master suite king bed slept terrible due to the mattress being bad only on one side as if part of the king bed was replaced with a new mattress and left the other half old. It was worn completely out

#### Beach Trip

The property was very nice. I especially liked the size and number of bathrooms. Was a perfect location for our trip. The only complaint was the lock on the unit. It was very difficult to open and at times we could not get it to open. You had to pull up on it and turn or you could not open the lock. I always made sure one of us would be in the unit if I left because I was afraid I could not get back in. Other than the lock we enjoyed our stay very much. Nice condo.

#### Had everything we needed

This condo worked great for our party of 6\. There was enough room for everyone to move around. The equipped kitchen made it extra nice that we did not have to eat every meal at a restaurant. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a bonus for us. We will definitely recommend this condo to others staying in the area.

#### Property was clean and well maintained.

Elevators were prompt and we had no trouble going floor to floor. Pool was clean. The only downfall was upon arriving and departure there was no luggage carts available. The cart room was completely empty. The code to get into the parking lot changes monthly, but we were never given the code. At least we had family staying in the building at the same time and they had the code to get in. Our rented condo 1005 was clean and comfortable. It covered every amenity we needed and having the washer and dryer in room was wonderful. Not having to go home with a suitcase full of dirty laundry was awesome! Our view was great. We could even see parts of the ocean! The only downfall of the condo was there were not enough towels and washcloths. Overall our experience was great.
