The pet fee is $75 per night per pet; maximum 2 dogs. Guests agree to keep their dogs under control at all times. Guests agree to promptly report any damage caused by dog(s). Dog(s) must be more than 1 year old and crated if left alone in the home. All dogs must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. You may ask to provide the vaccination records. Guests agree to clean up after their dog(s) & dispose of their waste promptly.
