The condo has definitely been loved for many years. However, we never had an issues and Arnette is very responsive & helpful! Great spot for close by family activities and lots of restaurants. Wish the unit also had extra garbage bags for the kitchen. We went and purchased our own. I suggest to add to the arrival instructions that a parking pass is in the unit. We could not figure out how to open the ele tonic keypad and no precuse instructions were sent ahead of time. Owner assisted. Bed in small bedroom was a little rough but overall pleased with stay.
