Liked the location, elevator was never busy, parking deck made it nice. No fault of the actual owner, the rental unit bathrooms were nasty with mold. We had to have the comforters replaced in two bedrooms. If better maintained, it would have been a nice place to stay. ##### Todd W. We were unaware of HOA rules so that was a little frustrating. No towels on balcony which is not a problem at all other then we didn’t know and got a complaint. We also weren’t given pool wristbands and 3 days into stay we got scolded by the pool lady that we weren’t allowed without them. She had not been there any of the previous days to inform us we needed them for pool or for beach which was also frustrating. The condo itself was wonderful and booking, check in and check out was a breeze!!! Would definitely stay again. ##### Deanna B. Since we are senior adults, we are concerned about safety….the master shower had no safety handles to hang onto…the floor gets slick when there is soap or shampoo on it. I felt as though the agent was not very welcoming. The unit was not ready so she asked we call back in a few hours. We did so and the unit still wasnt ready. According to the front desk agent the inspection wasnt compete as of 330p. We drove 9.5 hours and at that point ready to start our vacation. Once we were able to access the unit I did a complete check of what was already damaged and not clean. The bathrooms were NOT inspected very well and after a few days, one of the patio chairs broke when one of the guest sat down. These are pretty unimpressive things. The unit fairly was nice and we did enjoy our stay after a bumpy start. Thank you VRBO ##### Michele B.
