I am a tough grader, so I would put this in the 4.4 to 4.7 range if I could. Pool deck and facilities are very nice. But horribly crowded in peak times, weekend, etc. The old fight for a pool chair at 6:30 AM stuff just gets old, especially at a place that’s supposed to be higher end. Dominated by younger couples with small kids, mixed in with the business/conference types. Good mix of people if that’s something you prioritize. Besides the crowded pool, my biggest complaint would be the $30 cocktails. I know it’s Miami Beach but cmon. Great walkable location with access to the boardwalk and lively shopping/restaurant areas across the street. Close enough to walk straight to the action, but not quite in the middle of clubbing insanity! I would probably splurge a little extra and go for a boutique place before I go back, but I would go back. Again, CROWDED pool and my kids were just a little too old for the pool noodle scene.
