Very good location, very close to the university area and the room was super clean

Excellent customer service from counter staff. Also, excellent customer service from staff at your restaurant/bar above the counter check in/out. Special mention to a young man who manned the midnight shift counter on 7/11/26. My husband and I, who are both seniors were having a hard time sleeping and breathing because of the elevation. At 1:00AM, we went downstairs for oxygen. We have never used oxygen before. This young man hooked us on the machine and after 15 minutes, we felt better. I did not get his name. He is a black young man. Thank you.

Coffee was good Check in and valet awkward. Asked for extra coffee pods three separate times and never got them. Couldn’t call anyone from the room. A coffee service in the morning was excellent. Resort fee in the summertime seems silly, and the hot tub was cold

Our stay at The Arrabelle was absolutely incredible, and what made it so special was the exceptional staff. After an overnight flight delay and cancellation completely disrupted our travel plans, we arrived exhausted and discouraged. From the moment we walked through the doors, everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. A huge thank you to Brandon Powell, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern turned what had been a stressful trip into a relaxing vacation. He checked in on us, made sure everything was perfect, and truly made us feel like valued guests. His level of hospitality is something you don’t come across often. The valet team was equally amazing. They were always friendly, attentive, and quick to help with our luggage, car, or anything else we needed. Every interaction was met with a smile, and they consistently provided outstanding service. We also loved breakfast at The Tavern, where Dylan took excellent care of us. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and personable every morning. He made sure we always had everything we needed and created such a welcoming atmosphere that breakfast became one of the highlights of our stay. The Arrabelle is a beautiful property, but it’s the people who truly make it exceptional. Every employee we encountered made us feel valued, and their warmth and attention to detail transformed a difficult start to our trip into an unforgettable experience.

Nice area and beautiful surroundings. The condo organization make it difficult to come and go - the doors lock at 8pm and the entrance codes don’t work. No one is around for help if you get locked out (twice). Other couples had same experience. I had to stand outside waiting for someone to exit before I could enter. Very inconvenient-
