Finegold Escape

Escape your busy life! Come spend some time in nature! Enjoy a peaceful setting with mountain views and Finegold Creek (seasonal creek).
Enjoy our beautiful RV that holds up to four people (two per bed). It is situated in a very peaceful setting with views of Goat Mountain and our seasonal Finegold Creek.
We are only 35 minutes from Yosemite South Gate (1.5 hours from Yosemite Valley) and ten minutes from Bass Lake dam side. Our guests tell us we are an ideal location between Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks. We have lovely Manzanita Lake nearby as well. We are approximately 1.5 hours from China Peak depending on weather and tourism. You will have access to many hiking trails. If you love fishing, there are lakes and streams nearby just waiting for you to cast a line. What are you waiting for? Book your escape today!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Gather used towels

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks

Turn off the lights

Please do not remake the bed. we will tear the bed down for you. Please do not put used sofa bed bedsheets back in the cupboards. People do that. Play sofa, bedsheets in the pile with the towels.

Please clean the stove and oven just as you found them. You can bag up the trash and leave it inside the RV.

Please turn off AV heating unit. Turn off all lights and make sure stove and oven are off. In the summer hot days you can leave the doors open to the RV for airflow. Shut the screen doors.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Please follow 15 mph rule on neighborhood road. Quiet time after 10 pm for our neighbors. Check before building firesor using the BBQ. NO CANDLES!

Please notify us immediately if you see broken items or break anything in or around the RV so we can attend to it immediately. No frying foods.

Summer months are fire season. We only refund if we are under evacuation. We don’t refund for smoky or bad air conditions. Consider vacation insurance

Great time in an RV!

Amazing experience as first timers staying in an RV. We were 2 couples and found the stay to be wonderfully pleasant and was not at all cramped despite it being an RV. The hosts were super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Oh! But do bring a big spray/mosquito repellent to make your stay even more enjoyable! We didn't have any but still had a wonderful time :)

Totally Relaxing Weekend

This was the perfect "getaway" from Fresno without having to drive hours. Within a short 45 minute drive, we arrived to the perfect spot to relax. The RV Trailer was set up in the most cutest spot with outdoor relaxation in mind. My Husband, my Dad and I had a great time. Bret & Janel were so welcoming and very nice. We definitely will be coming back!!! Thanks Bret & Janel <3

Fabulous Experience

Our stay at this RV was amazing. It was the perfect size for me and my husband and it had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfection. You could tell the owners put a lot of thought into where to place the RV. The patio outside and the huge rocks were all so beautiful and it was great to sit outside in the cool evening air. We even had a visit from some really sweet dogs. If we ever get a chance to visit Yosemite again, we would love to stay at this RV.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great - close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still peaceful and relaxing. The place itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Peaceful and off the beaten path

The owners were right on top of everything before we even arrived. The hidden gem is so adorable and came with everything we needed. The trailer was much bigger than expected and is located in a secluded spot with quite a beautiful view from the front of the trailer. We were on a short trip but I would definitely go back and stay longer.Thanks for sharing your trailer with us.

Peaceful and perfect

This was exactly as described. Perfect for our two night stay while visiting Yosemite. Peaceful and quiet which was exactly what we needed after a long day at the park. We didn’t need for anything and the one issue we r countered the owner immediately addressed to perfection. We would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed the RV life!

For a father/son weekend, my son wanted to stay in an RV. After researching all the headache and pain of trying to find, rent, haul, and get an open campsite somewhere, I was able to find this RV already setup. It was fun. On a dirt/gravel road the last 1/4 mile or so, but it was OK with our SUV. We enjoyed laying out on the big rock looking at the stars at night, as well as a visit from a deer.

Peaceful stay

The property is seated on the owner's property, but it still felt secluded and private. We enjoyed the stay as we went to Bass Lake and Yosemite. The trailer did have ant problems and we had to close everything up. It also needed a large cooking pan for eggs, etc. We had to use the large pot they provided and it was hard to clean after. Overall, it was peaceful and comfortable.

Calme et douceur

Caravane très propre et bien équipée. L endroit est idéal pour se reposer et observer toutes sortes d animaux dont beaucoup d oiseaux. La proximité du Yosemite et de base lake sont idéales. Accueil sympathique et checks très rapides et efficaces. Beaucoup de confiance.

Lovely getaway

It was a last minute decision to join family members who were staying nearby. The location, excommunication with the host, and RV were excellent. Glad we were able to book this RV and made great memories with our loved ones.

overnight Yosemite!

The rv is amazing! Suitable for four people and sits comfortably. The shower was amazing everything about it was awesome being that it’s 30 minutes away from Yosemite makes it even better!
