Welcome to our luxurious alpine escape, where every member of the family, including your furry friend, is invited to indulge in the ultimate ski getaway experience. Family-friendly luxury is our specialty, and that means your beloved dog is more than welcome to join in on the fun. Create unforgettable memories together in this idyllic retreat, where every moment is filled with warmth, laughter, and the undeniable magic of the mountains. Nestled in a central location, our dreamy ski house offers easy access to the slopes and all the amenities you could desire. Step onto the expansive deck and breathe in the crisp mountain air as you fire up the grill for a barbecue feast, or sink into the bubbling bliss of the hot tub, letting your worries melt away under the starlit sky. Inside, cozy up by the crackling indoor fireplace in the spacious living area, where plush furnishings and rustic charm create the perfect ambiance for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen beckons aspiring chefs to whip up hearty meals, while the open layout ensures everyone can gather and share in the joy of good food and company. For entertainment, head to the games room and challenge each other to friendly competitions, or gather around the fire pit outside for marshmallow roasting and storytelling late into the night. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, there\`s ample space for the whole family to spread out and find their own slice of paradise. Guests have use of the whole property. This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. Please don\`t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions during your stay or if there is anything we can do to make your vacation more comfortable or enjoyable. Please removed shoes and ski equipment before entering the home. The yard is NOT fenced in and our team will check for dog mess in the yard between rentals - please clean up after your furry friend. Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided during that time free of charge. Hot tub is available year round. Please do not put more than three logs on to the fire in the outdoor fire pit - the fire should not be too big. The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival are subject to a 3% fee. No refunds within 7 days of arrival. Card will be charged 14 days ahead of arrival for the remaining balance. We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided. Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues. An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard. The hot tub is professionally maintained and is treated and tested before and after each reservation. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service. The first hour for early check-in request is complimentary (subject to availability), but any additional hours will be charged at that rate. Please take shoes off at the door - the sand (in the summer) and salt (in the winter) is very bad for the flooring. Absolutely no smoking inside the property. We love fur babies but expect you to clean up after them and report any damage before departure (if any). Please be respectful of our neighbors - especially between 10pm and 8am - we have a great relationship with them and would like to keep it that way. We have stayed in a lot of homes in the area and this is by far, one of the best! There was room for everyone plus we got to bring our dogs, which was perfect. The house is beautifully updated, modern kitchen and appliances, large washer and dryer plus a jacuzzi and fire pit. It’s also just a few short minutes to everything in North Conway. This property is going to be the exception! The home was very clean, with a great rec room downstairs, a great layout for family hang-outs on the main floor, and with a comfortable 2nd floor as well. The 2 bathrooms were spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with all cooking necessities plus a standard coffee maker as well as a Keurig, including several k-cups, sugar & creamers. We loved that there was a paved walking trail not far from the home, as well as a hiking trail entry just a few feet from the home. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but upon checkout we contacted the management team and received a very prompt response. It was even better in person! Higher quality details than others and comfy furniture. Plenty of room in the kitchen for cooking our Thanksgiving meal. The host left a nice welcome basket and it was a very thoughtful touch. The hot tub was wonderful, especially on a snowy day. The home felt very spacious and there was plenty of room for five of us plus our dog. It was spotless and so cozy. Foosball was a lot of fun, as were the other games. The location was perfect- downtown was right around the corner, but we were in a quiet, woodsy neighborhood that ended in a cul-de-sac. The host was very responsive with my questions. The Smart TV is not connected to cable, so you need to connect it via your phone or computer. None of us could figure out how to do that, so we did not have live TV for Thanksgiving.
