The fully equipped kitchen and dining area will provide you with all you need to prepare that delicious post hike or apres ski meal with family and friends. Or go less than a 1/2 mile down the road to be served at Moat Mountain Brewery! Then get cozy with a book or a movie across from the working wood stove fireplace in our open living area. This is a first floor end unit, with a sliding door out to the back deck (we are excited for our new outdoor seating area which will be set up this spring)! From there you can watch the kids build snowmen in the backyard or shoot hoops in the summer! Walk down to the complex's shared pool or tennis courts in the summer and discover hiking trails right off of the property! North Conway provides endless things to do for all types! The condo is ten minutes from Story Land, Cranmore and Attitash Mountains, Echo lake, and North Conway center with the Scenic Mountain Railway and Zebs General Store. Just 5 minutes further down the road are the Settlers Green Outlets, because what's better than shopping in the crisp mountain air! There are so many dining and takeout options to choose from. Condo complex is quiet and unit was just as described. This is one of the cleanest units we have stayed in! A/C units worked well for us as it was very hot during our stay. Condo is nicely appointed with all you would need including strong wifi. They even leave ice tray full so you have ice cubes. Choice of drip or Keurig coffee machines. Furnishings were up to date and comfy. Linens were high quality and the bathroom towels were so soft! This is a first floor end unit which was great! The pool area was clean and has lounge chairs as well as tables with chairs to sit in. The pool was clean and in great condition. The pool is a short drive down the hill or you can walk. I highly recommend this unit! We were up to visit Story Land primarily, which was right down the road. We also enjoyed Echo Lake State Park and the downtown area. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for the week. Mary was easy to get a hold of and she answered my questions before booking and during our visit in a timely fashion. The guide book in the condo was not really helpful as it seemed to contain older information and did not tell the location/hours of the pool or any helpful information/tips for the area. The beds were comfortable and had plenty space as well. We stayed on a pretty hot/humid weekend and the two AC units did a great job at keeping the condo cool. There is also a wood burning stove for those staying in the winter. The outdoor space was great, a wonderful outdoor couch before a large grassy area for the kids to play on. The pool was a short walk down the hill, about a 5 minute walk or 30 second drive. The location as awesome in a condo community set back from the main road of route 16\. The pool and tennis courts were quiet, the other people we met there were very friendly. Its less then two miles to zebs and the train station in downtown north conway and about 10-15 minutes to story land. Mary was very responsive when I had a couple questions before our trip. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to North Conway whether thats for skiing in the winter or story land in the summer! ##### Kevin D. As soon as we entered the front door, my two grandsons, headed directly for the bunkbed room. They loved that they had different options of bunkbeds to sleep in.
