Enjoy the winter season in this beautiful multi-level condo with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sleeping for up to 10 people. Conveniently located just outside of downtown North Conway, NH and just a few minutes drive from Cranmore and Attitash Mountain. This cheerful condo is easily accessible from the ground level where you are greeted with ample sized entry area, a perfect place for leaving your snow boots after a fun day on the mountain. The main level includes a spacious kitchen with numerous cabinets, drawers and dishwasher for easy clean up, bright and cozy sitting area off the kitchen, open concept dinning area and living room, game room with foosball table and basketball hoops game and a laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer.

Make your way upstairs to the second level. Here you will find the first spacious bedroom with a bunk bed that includes a twin on top and double/full on the bottom and a single twin size bed. This room offers plentiful closet space and a private full bathroom with combination tub/shower. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and a twin size bed. This bedroom also has a private full bath with combination tub/shower.

The lower level offers even more space with a large family room with pullout sofa, futon and gas fireplace, half guest bath, third bedroom with queen bed, large closet and private full bath with shower.

LAYOUT:
Main Level: Kitchen, sitting area, dining area, living room with views of Cranmore Mountain, game room with foosball table and basketball hoops game and laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer.
Second Level: Bedroom with bunk bed (twin on top, full/double on bottom) and twin bed, full bathroom with combination tub/shower, bedroom with queen bed and twin bed and full bathroom with combination tub/shower.
Lower Level: Family room with gas fireplace, half bathroom, bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom with shower.

AMENITIES:
Internet/Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, foosball table, basketball hoops game and gas fireplace in family room. For added convenience, this property includes sheets and towels.
