This property is professionally managed and appointed to an extremely high standard. no expense was spare on furnishing or appliances. Come and vacation the right way! With an exceptionally spacious master suite that can be closed off for complete privacy and tranquility, you will always have a space to \`escape from the kids\`. Two further bedrooms - one queen and one with two twin beds, make this condo spacious enough for a large or extended family vacation or for two small families vacationing together. Intitial access is will be through the main entrance of the condo building, where you pass your own dedicated ski storage locker room on the way to the condo door. What makes this condo so special is the unique corner lot which gives such great natural light! Most of all, it allows you your own private entrance directly from the slopes in to your living room. This property is professionally managed to a high standard. Our aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as it can possibly be and beyond. Allowing you to relax and unwind is our top priority and we work tirelessly to ensure this is exactly the type of vacation you sign up for. There are so many activities to indulge in and experience at the Kearsarge Brook Condominiums, it\`s easy to forget that North Conway is minutes away. Between Cranmore, the town, and the surrounding mountains, you can get the vacation you\`ve always craved without the hustle and bustle of a city. North Conway has a burgeoning foodie scene, showcasing over 60 restaurants that range from fine dining, ethnic cuisine, and family-friendly fare to unique food trucks, craft burger joints and farm-to-table eateries. Additionally, The Valley Originals features a group of locally-owned and operated restaurants, each exceptional in their ambiance, recipes and service. There\`s always something active to do throughout the year. In winter, North Conway and the surrounding area offers downhill and cross-country skiing at variety of mountain resorts, ice skating, sleigh rides, snowshoeing and snowmobiling. Summer attractions in the Mt. Washington Valley will take you up, down and around the mountains, and even back to your childhood! Family favorites include Story Land, Conway Scenic Railroad, Mt. Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues. I don’t seem to get a response lately when I’m reaching out to the owner. It’s a beautiful place and very clean. I just wanted to point out a few things that need attention. One of the stove top knobs needs replacing, the corner table lamp in the living room doesn’t work, the right side blinds in the secondary bedroom don’t open, the twin bedroom door doesn’t latch and the little lamp in that room doesn’t work. Séjour de 4 nuits en mars 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Julie L. 26 janv. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Very clean but not the greatest location The unit was clean which was great, but despite what their listing says, it's not slope side. It's an end unit that primarily faces the parking lot. You can see some of the tubing area from the bedroom window that has 2 twin beds. Other than that, there's no view of the mountain. There is a HVAC unit outside the building that 2 of the bedrooms back up to, so you hear that running all night while trying to sleep. Also, the freezers ice maker was not working, and the tv does not pick up any standard channels so we were unable to watch any of the nfl playoff games which we were looking forward to watching by the fireplace. Lastly, check out is at 9am. It's very early to get a family fed, packed up, and out of the building. We ended up driving home the night before because we knew it would be difficult to be out by 9am. All in all, it's a nice clean unit in a great location, but next time we go up there, we'll stay in a different unit. ##### Julie L. We even used the heated pool on October 1st! The only thing we would have liked was a few more towels, because we did go swimming, and washcloths! There were none. Also, a couple of tissue boxes would have been handy for our grandkids runny noses.😊 I was happy there was a full size washer/dryer. Even though we only stayed 2 nights, they came in handy. Perfect for our family weekend away No complaints - space is really perfect. Loved that it was adjacent to all the rides - made it super easy not to have to carry anything because we could run back to the condo for anything we needed. Meticulously clean and has everything you need to enjoy a great weekend away in North Conway. Beds very comfortable! We had looked at a bunch of properties and got nervous because so many complained about the beds. We slept great and were all very comfortable. ##### Mary F.
