Our home is perfect for groups that need a safe bespoke family space to enjoy Charleston from. +25 minutes to downtown +34 minutes to beaches like Sullivans Island +fully functional kitchen +2 stories and huge fenced in back yard +extremely safe and walkable neighborhood +15 minutes to outlet shopping like Tanger This property is a 2000 square foot 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom family home. We have a huge fully fenced in outdoor area, family games, fully functioning kitchen, crisp clean towels and linens, pretty much everything you'd expect in a quality airbnb. We take great pride in our attention to detail. If anything is ever missing our out of place we are happy to solve those issues in real time. The whole house is yours to use. Please be aware that there is a small pond behind our yard. No swimming is permitted. There is a door in our back yard fence that allows access to that area of the neighborhood. The house itself was very clean, it was fully stocked with everything you could need. The beds were all comfortable, the living room sofa was comfy, the water from the shower had the perfect amount of pressure. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, the only downfall is you can hear commercial planes flying over, but didn’t bother us, and we didn’t hear them all night. The Host was very prompt in getting our needs met, which there was only 1, the residents before us hadn’t picked up their dogs poop in the back yard. Also, the house did not smell like animals had been in there. All in all this was the perfect house for us. We would definitely stay in this house again, if we made another trip to South Carolina!! ##### Lisa R. I wish the garage door opener was operational, so we did not have to manually open and close the garage door. The carpet was clean, but stained. All items can be fixed.
