This is a beautifully new built three story townhouse house just 10 minute away from the heart of downtown that is great for big groups, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, families, and anyone who is here to enjoy Charleston!

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
- Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Mattresses were a bit too firm, like a rock. We had to purchase mattress memory foam toppers after one night. After cooking a meal, we discovered only four forks to eat with. Master bedroom upstairs needs something over windows....woke the baby up when sun came up. Otherwise, we really liked the house.

Our stay here could not have been better. The location, home and neighborhood were perfect. Easy drive to North Charleston Coliseum. Great parking in garage and back of house. Kitchen and living area is on second floor. Bedrooms and private baths were great. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Bedroom and bathroom setup was awesome! Unit could use some TLC, lots of staining on carpets. Only one bedroom had a TV and none of the bedrooms had a ceiling fan. Weren’t cooking fortunately but the kitchen wasn’t well stocked.

Not what it seems

Upon arrival nothing was working ,reached out to owner and he did not seem to concerned. After some thought realized a breaker was flipped. No help from owner. Also master had no door of window coverings not even bathroom. Only one bedroom had a ceiling fan, made for stuffy nights. And last the washing machine did not work. Nice townhouse but need some work!

The property was perfect for what we needed! Tons of room, plenty of restrooms and bathroom linens. Lots of stairs. Cute little neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Property manager was very responsive.
