Chris was great about communicating and any questions I had were answered within 10 mins. THe check-in and check-out process couldn't have been any easier than they were. The house is quite comfortable. Beds were SOOOO comfortable! The rooms were spacious and SPOTLESS! There was 3" of snow and ice everywhere, so I'm not able to comment on the yard, but it's fenced and was great for our visit that included two small dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Value was good. Clean and safe. Property in need of some repairs, reported to property manager with no response. All communication seemed timed, with no personal responses. We had what we needed. I only give it four stars because the house needs some updating in general. Some things have been kept up, and some things just felt pretty rustic. If you like super soft beds, you will love this. We are firm mattress people so did not sleep well. The sheets are great.Cornhole wasn't an option as, we assume, one of the recent guests must have needed a few bags for souvineers. The host was responsive, but we could not get any games going. :( We LOVED the location of this place!!Backyard and firepit were spot on as well.
