Limited kitchen supplies if you like to cook. Nice parks close by. The train can be heard, you get use it. Communication with the management company started great, ended as fair. The outside amenities had some shortcomings, the grill needed a lot of cleaning to use, some of the outside chairs were wobbly, the backyard was a nice size, and the corn-hole boards were not useable. The house is absolutely lovely and very comfortable. It looks exactly like it does in the pictures and was very spacious. The location is not the best area, but we knew that going in. The house was VERY clean and communication was excellent. The kitchen could use some improvements - we had to purchase some basic needs like a can opener and cheese grater. There are limited stovetop pans and oven pans. For our family, we like to cook dinner every night so this was the only challenge we had. Otherwise, great, clean house. ##### Natalie G. Closet and storage space is ample throughout the home, which is great if you are staying more than one or two days. The bedding is very comfortable. Perfect stay! We loved our two-night stay at this location. It was perfect for 3 couples visiting the Charleston area for the weekend. The backyard was perfect for eating dinner and socializing. The kitchen was great for cooking a meal. All bedrooms were very comfortable. The house was very modern and clean. The house had everything we needed! This was our first time in North Charleston, as we ordinarily stay in Mount Pleasant. I was a bit concerned when we approached the area, but after getting to the house and spending some time there it became apparent that this is in a transitional neighborhood that is on the way up. Many other cute houses nearby are being renovated, and there are lots of young families, joggers, and bikers around. The property management company does a great job with maintenance along with many nice little touches like stocking great gourmet coffee, upscale soaps/ shampoos, branded coasters, and such. We also discovered that our concerns about the distance from this neighborhood to the area attractions in Charleston and the ballpark were totally unfounded. We were no more than 25 minutes from everything. Thanks for the great stay! ##### Marcus T. House has a nice back yard with deck that we did not even use as we were out til dark every night. Highly recommend if you don't want to stay right in downtown Charleston ##### Michael R.
