Cafards, saletés, megots au sol, draps troués, toilettes sales et deja utilisés, une des deux chambres ne s'ouvraient pas, il est preferable de dormir dans sa voiture c'est plus sur a tous les niveaux. Nous avons fait constaté les dégâts par les femmes de chambre, le personnel de l'accueil ainsi qu'un agent de sécurité, tous se rangeaient de notre avis; nous sommes partis et attendons le remboursement...

Quand nous sommes arrivés l’hôtel était très sale de l’extérieur avec plein de personnes un peu douteuses a l extérieur de leurs chambres. Dans la chambre il y avait des trous sur la couverture du lit, les draps étaient tachés, on s est posé la question étaient ils propres? La chambre était dans un état assez misérable. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre qui n’était pas prête. Ils nous en ont donné une troisième : un des deux lits avec les draps propres, l’autre avec les draps tachés, la lumière de la salle de bain ne marchait pas, il n’y avait pas de serviette il a fallu qu’on en demande et il y avait trois cafards dans la chambre. Il était 22 heures passées mais si il avait été plus tôt nous aurions demandé le remboursement et serions partis de cette endroit vraiment affreux. Non seulement les chambres n’était pas propre mais en plus de ça nous ne nous sommes pas sentis en sécurité

Hôtel défraîchi mais à prix abordable et bien placé. Nos enfants ont adoré la piscine après la plage. L hôtel nécessite des réparations et ou rénovations, avec une nouvelle organisation pour le service... en arrivant à 22h, chambre non prête. Après une journée à la plage et de détente, à 18h ménage toujours pas fait ... la manager a trouvé des solutions aux différents problèmes rencontrés (chambre non prête toilette bouchée...)

The lady working the office was delightful,check in was quick and the room was nicely kept with recent updates. For the price there is no complaints for what you get. The door kept malfunctioning and I had to wait over an hour for maintenance to come let me in my room to only tell me that they needed to rekey my door. He then proceeded to bang on the window with a piece of 2x4 and hammer to let me in through the window.

The front desk was nice and did a courtesy call to check how everything was, but everything in the room was worn out - tv stand, ac, shower. The beds smell smoke. The area looks sketchy. We decided to check out early and we were able to get our refund for one night. Not a place to stay if traveling with young children.

This place was absolutely horrible. I never write reviews so this shows something. I paid for a queen bed and got put into a room with 2 double. The rooms was so dirty I couldn’t even sleep on the sheets. The shower had hair and gunk all over it. The area around it is so sketchy I felt unsafe to walk to my car. It was a horrible experience and I would never recommend this place. Absolutely disgusting.

Besides me not realizing what area this place is in (should’ve done a better research). The place is outdated and very dirty… I know it’s on the lower end rate but I would imagine there should be at least a basic standard for any accommodations, regardless of the rate. maybe I haven’t been to many bad places. Maybe this is the new standard for a “lodge”, but it’s definitely not family friendly. I wish I could share the pictures I took. The receptionists were nice though.
