You are just minutes from shopping and restaurants that Tanger Outlet has to offer and just a 10 minute ride into Downtown Charleston. After a day of exploring you can relax on the peaceful back deck over looking the lake. The Space: Check in easily via the keypad on the front door. All of our beds have mattresses & pillows. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds, and bathroom essentials. The Kitchen is fully ready to go with a refrigerator, range, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools. There's a washer and dryer inside the laundry room with detergent. STR Permit #: 2025-0147 Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire property. The Neighborhood: This is where you want to be! Getting Around: Less than a half mile away from Top Golf, shopping at the Tanger Outlets, and less than a 5 minute ride to the Airport. Attending an comedy or sporting event at the Coliseum? You can practically walk! Right by the interstate so you can easily get to downtown, beaches, or Daniel's Island. Other Things to Note: I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team. Please do not feed the birds! Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. No boats, trailers, or box trucks Stays of 10 days or more are subject to an additional cleaning fee. Please note that there's an additional $25 cleaning fee for using the jetted tub on the third floor. No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside. There's a Ring Doorbell located near the Front Door. Dec 11, 2023 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy #### Spacious but room for improvement The location is close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores, convenient to many major freeways. However, the house was not the cleanest and the furnishings were very basic to say the least. For a house with 4 bedrooms, there was definitely not enough seating, either for the dining room or the living room. The temperature was very difficult to regulate, we were a little chilly the entire time. The kitchen has barely enough to make it functional (only 2 plastic mixing bowls and 2 small glass casserole dishes, but there was a bundt cake pan??? The coffee maker was broken. There is no cable TV and the owner did not respond on two occasions to questions about the TV. The carpeting on the second floor was horribly stained and gross; I was very glad I threw my slippers in the suitcase at the last minute. The floor on the main floor could use a good washing; the mat in front of the sink was sticky on your shoes. The bathrooms, especially behind the doors, could use a good cleaning as the dirt was really built up, and there was toothpaste on the wall in the hall bath. The shower in the master bath is so small it is difficult to use, so we used the hall bath instead. The bed in the master bedroom gave me horrible back pain, so I slept in the second bedroom which was much better. Adding some bedside tables in the master bedroom would be helpful. There were blown out light bulbs in several areas. Overall, we made it work but we would definitely not return. ##### Diane N.
