The kids really liked all the finishing touches on the house. Anthony did a great job with the work on this place. The bathrooms are very nice. Shower in the master is perfect. The kitchen is very nice. Anthony even had some k-cups ready to go! Property is clean. The neighborhood is excellent, the parks just around the corner and riverside are a must if you stay here. It was in close proximity to many restaurants, which we tried (Lola, Dig, and Azul). It was within a short drive to downtown Charleston and many of the nearby islands. The house was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The owner responded quickly to text and email messages. We enjoyed our first visit to Charleston and would stay here again. Our only feedback would be that it would be great to have a list of nearby restaurant recommendations, and bikes or golf cart to use to get to nearby restaurants. ##### KRISTI M. Home was extremely clean with all of the necessities. (plus extras) Large TV's in all rooms and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. Appliances seemed all brand new. Restaurants, bars and coffee shops, just about a 10 minute walk away. We felt very safe, walking to these at all times of the day. 18 minute drive to the heart of Charleston. We never cooked during our stay (therefore cannot comment on pots/pans), but again, the appliances and kitchen seemed well equipped. Can't say enough about Anthony the owner/property manager. He communicated/interacted with us immediately with our questions and suggestions. It was a fantastic time! Thanks, Anthony! ##### Terrie U.
