Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home boasts a large king bed with ensuite and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a full size bed. The screened-in front porch is a perfect spot for morning coffee. We have all the amenities you and your family will need on vacation. We are pet friendly! We charge a $100 fee for up to two dogs. Perfect location - walking distance to many restaurants and bars. There are 3 beaches within a 20 minute drive! The space We are happy to welcome you to our 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath house situated just a few blocks from Park Circle. Our property is perfect for groups/families of up to 6 people who are traveling to Charleston for any reason, including beach getaways, weddings, family vacations, weekend getaways, golf trips, birthday celebration, or holiday breaks. As you step inside, you will find yourself in a bright and airy living room featuring plenty of seating for you and your guests and a smart TV. Continuing through the house brings you into the dining room with seating for four plus two additional chairs that can be brought in from the living room. On the other side of the dining room is a kitchen that comes fully equipped with all your basic cooking/kitchenware needs for you to prepare delicious family dinners. The master king suite, with private bathroom, is located at the back of the house. Enjoying a morning coffee or tea on the back porch is convenient with your own separate access point to the porch from the master bedroom. The second and third bedrooms have a queen and full size bed, respectively. Situated between these two bedrooms is the second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A laundry room is located just off the kitchen so you do not have to go back home with dirty laundry. We ask that you do not use the washer/dryer for single item as overuse puts an undue amount of strain on the equipment. There are two porches for you to enjoy the gorgeous Charleston evenings, one in the front and one in the back of the house. The front porch is fully screened in and features a new ceiling fan for added comfort. There is also an eating area in the back yard if you prefer to enjoy your meals outdoors, and a firepit to roast marshmallows with the family. Guests are welcome to enjoy all of the areas of the home except for the owner's closet and the outdoor shed. Other things to note Smoking is NOT permitted inside the home or on the porches. There is a Ring Doorbell installed at the front door of the property that has a camera feature. This camera is for the security of our guests and the property. Séjour de 5 nuits en juin 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Tonya H. 5 juin 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### June 10-12 The home was cozy and fit our needs; it was not far from downtown and convenient to the coliseum. It was clean and pleasant. The neighborhood was quiet; I appreciated having a yard and it being pet friendly. My biggest issue was not getting a reply to my request to check in a couple hours early...there was no booking immediately prior to ours and the house was open for at least a day prior to our arrival. I offered to pay a pro-rated fee to be able to do so. I made the request several times with no response. It was a great inconvenience to drive past the house as we came into the Charleston area, and have to kill time for multiple hours until we could check in. We had a dog; that was one reason we selected this listing. We came from Atlanta, had to drive past the house to downtown Charleston and had to hang around the waterfront area for several hours with the dog, killing time not being able to do much because of the dog. It was too hot for him to be left in the car. Yet, I received an email (maybe auto-generated?) saying that the place was available a day plus before we arrived if we wanted to add another day on...yet could get no response to my inquiry to check in early. Only there for 15 to 30 minutes and after talking to the owner with no results! After that we just don’t think we should have to pay for this, cleaning what? He knew we were there just that short time, and how we didn’t feel safe there. Never again will we trust any of them ##### Wanda A.
