Enjoy the convenience of a 25 minute drive to Times Square in Manhattan. The home is 2 blocks away from Public transportation which takes you directly to Manhattan, Jersey city and the metropolitan area. The house is 2 blocks away from James J. Braddock Park which has a beautiful lake, restaurant, tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic area, brand new children’s playground, and so much more. Stay connected with WiFi. This charming property offers 2 bedrooms including 1 queen bed and 1 full size bed. Both bedrooms have televisions. Additionally, the living room provides a 55 inch 4k HDTV, an additional space with a cozy sofa bed that fits two people, and a full size blowup mattress in case you need additional sleeping space. There’s a total of three TV’s in the apartment, The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body soap for your convenience. BBQ Grill is available in the backyard. FREE Parking. The house is only eight walking blocks away from the laundry mat. Please note: This apartment has a low ceiling, and it is not ideal for persons over 6ft tall.
