The house was clean. However, it really was not ready to rent. The septic does not work well enough to even flush toilet paper, so there was a trash can for the used toilet paper. We had to find a sheet to finish making our own bed. there were only two wash cloths for 4 people. There was only the bare basics of what was needed.
