This is a perfect home for those wanting to enjoy relaxing in comfort after a long day at the golf course! Our home is nestled in a quiet, tree lined neighborhood right across the Savannah river from Augusta. The large open kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to cook, make drinks, or just hang out around the oversized island. The open floor plan lends way to 3 downstairs bedrooms including the primary which features a king sized bed. Upstairs you will find a comfortable 4th bedroom, large bonus room with a queen sized sofa bed, and a full bathroom. The front and back porches provide a welcoming and cozy atmosphere to unwind at the end of the day or enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings.
