The owner was prompt to answer any questions. The location provided convenient access to shopping, dining, and the interstate. It is a little over 30 minutes to downtown Boston. We were able to walk the Freedom Trail, tour the USS Constitution, visit Salem and the Witch Museum, and ride to Kennebunkport, ME during our visit. Three spacious bedrooms, a modern kitchen with extra snacks, salt/pepper, coffee and a comfortable living room to relax in. It is close to an interstate, small airport, and train tracks. However, with the air conditioners running, I was not disturbed by noise from those things. In other seasons this may be a problem for a guest. One thing I would caution others about is that the hot water from the tap is not just hot, it is scalding! A regulator should be placed on the faucets or the water heater thermostat should be turned down by the owner. Kitchen had adequate utensils but was laid out in an odd fashion (i.e., sink, dishwasher, and trash on one side of the area and stove/refrigerator a good distance on the opposite side. ##### Judy D. The apartment is down the street from the expressway and I believe there is a train nearby. Therefore, there was lots of noise at night and when we tried to nap.
