This modern 750 sq. ft. 1-bed/1-bath condo on the 1st floor offers comfort and style. Shared spaces include fire pits and ample seating. Please note, ongoing city construction may cause noise during business hours and significant water pooling in 5th bay. For more details, feel free to contact us before booking. The Space: This suite sleeps up to two guests and has one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and also includes full bedding and ample storage. The bedroom has nightstands, dresser, and a closet. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a Smart TV with high-speed WIFI. There is one fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay. All linens/bedding, including 2 sets of bath towels, are provided. This unit is pet friendly. When pets are left alone, please ensure they are left in crates or secured in bedrooms. Enjoy the convenience of our complimentary laundry room, available for your use during your stay—making it easy to keep things fresh and stress-free! There is free parking on premises for one car, per apartment. Beach chairs are available. For safety and cleanliness all living room rugs have been removed due to ongoing construction concerns. They even expressed compassion and empathy when we updated them about our lost pet. The only reason there were some lesser ratings was because the unit was not on the first floor, as listed, and the street was completely torn up. Clean, comfy unit with excellent water pressure and good amenities. They also left water bottles in the fridge which was a nice touch. Would book with Sojourn again! ##### Liz M.
