Summary:  
This home is an ideal vacation spot with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, 4 queen-sized beds, two twin-sized beds, and one queen-sized sleeper sofa. The maximum parking capacity is 4 vehicles, with 2 spaces in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not available as it is reserved for permit holders only.  
  
The Space:  
Beach Construction Notice:  
The City of Norfolk will begin a sand replacement project on Toler Place and Willoughby Beach (from 11th View St to the terminal groin) in response to significant erosion from recent high tides. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, beginning in late May 2025 and continuing through late July 2025\. You will have to use the beach from 11th Bay and down to enjoy the beach.  
Please be aware that the impacted section of the beach will be closed during work hours but will reopen in the evenings and on weekends. Alternate access to the beach is available via 11th View St and other nearby entry points.  
  
Nestled along the pristine Willoughby Split, this magnificent 5-bedroom beach house epitomizes coastal elegance. With its open, sunlit interiors, each bedroom is individually designed to reflect the paradise of the Atlantic Ocean, and a spacious gathering area connects to a gourmet kitchen, formal dining, and a cozy family room, making it an ideal haven for relaxation or entertaining. The five well-appointed bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite, are complemented by an additional shared bathroom. Enjoy the sunrises on a private beachfront terrace at this quintessential beachfront sanctuary. Beach chairs are available.

Our home is contactless seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously.
