### Sand Dune Suite Seven

Summary:  
Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in the fully renovated, professionally decorated, and pet friendly 750 square foot suite on the 2nd level of the chic Sand Dune Building.  
  
Located near the beautiful Ocean View Beach in Norfolk, VA, this suite is a professionally managed, freshly renovated and stylishly furnished 1-bed/1-bath vacation rental condo.  
  
There is no direct view of the ocean from inside the condo.   
  
Also available for monthly rental. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability.

The Space:  
This suite sleeps two guests and has one bedrooms with queen memory foam mattresses, full bedding, and ample storage with nightstands, dressers and full closets.  
  
The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 50” Smart TV with high-speed wifi.  
  
There is a fully equipped bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and soap, and a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, appliances, and dinnerware needed for cooking during your stay.  
  
All linens/bedding, including 2 sets of bath towels, are provided. Two beach towels are provided. No beach umbrella or beach toys are provided.  
  
This unit is pet friendly. We allow up to 2 house trained dogs or cats and require:  
\-Pets not be allowed on the beds or furniture   
\-When pets are left alone, ideally, they are left in crates. Otherwise, the doors to the bedroom and bathroom should be left shut.  
  
Guest Access:  
Access is by private door with door code. There is no ramp or elevator in this building.   
  
Guests will have the entire suite to themselves. All suites / units are fully separate with dedicated entrances.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
This property is central to all local Ocean View restaurants.  
  
Getting Around:  
Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot. Please note that we shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. We do not guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.  
  
We do not have designed street parking-additional parking can be found at the beach access across the street from the building.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
House Rules:  
  
For the comfort of all guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. A $500 fine will be applied if this policy is violated.  
  
We kindly ask that there are no parties or events. Gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy will need to be discontinued unless previously approved by the host.  
  
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM onwards, as this is a multi-unit, family-friendly property.  
  
Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM.  
  
We welcome up to 2 house-trained dogs or cats. Please ensure pets are not on the beds. If you need to leave your pet alone in the unit, kindly use a crate. If you don't have a crate, please keep all bedroom and bathroom doors closed. Please note that a $75/pet fee will apply to help cover additional cleaning needed.  
  
We kindly ask that you clean up after your pets while outdoors. Please make use of the pet waste station for proper disposal. Please note that excessive pet hair may incur a damages fee.  
  
For safety reasons, fires and fire pits are not permitted on the beach.  
  
Fireworks are prohibited on the beach, as their use poses a significant fire risk. Please note that using fireworks would be considered a breach of the house rules.  
  
To ensure your safety, we kindly ask that you avoid climbing or walking on the rocks along the beach, as they can be very slippery and hazardous.  
  
To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, we ask that glitter not be used in the unit. Any glitter found will result in a $100 cleaning fee.  
  
Check-out Instructions:  
\- Check-out is 11am  
\- Clean the dishes & return them  
\- Turn TV off  
\- Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter   
\- Lock door behind you  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
Guests will have total privacy; we are available only when needed.
