Every detail has been taken care of to make this a comfortable and unique AirBnb stay. Also available for monthly rental. Please submit inquiry for monthly availability. \-All utilities included in monthly rent Parking - Guests are given one parking spot in the parking lot. We do not have designed street parking - additional parking can be found at the beach access across the street. Beach chairs are available. There are a total of one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. This was my Birthday Girls Trip which we wanted to close access to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the apartment was cozy and spacious. Although it was not warm enough to get into the water, we enjoyed the short walk to the beach and were pleasantly surprised that beach chairs, accessories were in the closet for our use. We were comfortable and enjoyed each room of the apartment. We liked having an assigned parking space so we did not have to park a far distance from the apartment. The local restaurants served tasty food and customer service was nice.
