"For those who are not familiar or just see the main page 'staff available from 9 AM to 9 PM', make sure you know that there are no staff available at any time on weekends. Then you get an email in German at 3 PM on the day of check in, with instructions to enter lots and lots of information (much fun if you're standing on the street in front of the building). "Nice quaint hotel. 30 min ride to the Hannover Messe with the s-Bahn, but, no other complaints. Rooms where clean and present able. Would let guests know about the buttons to bring down the shades to darken the room."

"No check in data at 18.00! Electricity Circuit / cut off electricity in the Appartement at 18.30 - No reception in the building and poor communication via cellphone with property office, staff doesn’t like to take calls („we have so many calls“) but call back if u r lucky. No Technician available for my Appartement until next day. Appartement is ok until u have a problem, then u r lost… PS they gave me other Appartement but bed room had no light, tv didn’t work. Funny experience."
