This is a 4-room apartment that spans 78 square meters across two levels on the upper floor. The living/dining room features beautiful and cozy furnishings, including a satellite TV (flat screen), radio, CD-player, DVD player, and electric shutters, with access to a balcony. There is one room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, 200 cm length), another room with two beds (90 cm, 200 cm length), and a kitchenette equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the main level. On the top floor, you'll find a room with sloping ceilings and two beds (90 cm, 200 cm length), as well as a separate WC.

The apartment is furnished with balcony furniture, a washing machine, and a children's high chair (available upon request). It also offers complimentary WiFi internet access. Please note that this is a non-smoking property with a smoke alarm installed.
