« The house is in a great location overlooking the river. Wildlife is abundant and always present. It is 30 seconds from anything you will need. The staff is awesome. They walk you through the house and how everything works. We only had one question during our stay and it was answered immediately. We will go back. »

« Overall one of the best places I have been. Ranch style home, small but perfect for 2 people. If you have more than 2-3 people in your group this could get crowded. Perfect for a retreat away from the busy city. When booking remember your in a very remote location, your a 20 minute drive from the nearest food/town. Plan accordingly. Overall worth it! We were able to visit Jackson and west Yellowstone. Definitely planning on coming back! 10/10 »

« The guesthouse is so cute and rustic. Very small but perfect for our little family get away for the weekend. Owners gave great food recommendations. The property manager was also very helpful in the booking process and made sure accomodations were made for our baby. We would definitely stay again when needing a place to stay in the area. »

« Stay was absolutely fantastic. We got in late after driving down from Montana. Place was unlocked and bigger than we expected. Nobody within miles except the horses. Never saw another soul which is what we came for! Will be back in the future! Thank you North 40!! »

« Property is in a great location. Walkable to many restaurants and town square. However, there is a lot of truck traffic that starts early in the morning. The hotel is showing signs of wear and needs updating. They put a foam topper on our mattress that we had to take off to make the bed comfortable. Hopefully they remodel soon. »

« Besoin d’amélioration »

« Nous sommes arrivés à 20h et nous sommes repartis à 6h du matin, pas assez pour profiter pleinement des lieux qui étaient pourtant très accueillants et au milieu de nulle part et très calme (attention au GPS qui en venant de Jackson Hole nous a d'abord envoyé sur un chemin de terre impraticable). On n'a croisé aucun personnel de l'hôtel, un papier sur la porte nous indiquait notre n° de chambre et au matin il suffisait d'y laisser la clé. En fait de chambre c'était carrément un petit studio...
