"The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean."

"The site was advertised as 2 br 2 baths. Actually, it was 1 and 1/2 bath. No washcloths. TV did not work, even after installing 2 new batteries. The guy who owned it seemed to try to please. "

"The apartment was dirty and the stovetop partially worked (1 burner only) I found a piece of fried chicken in the oven, a used Qtip and hairs on the bathroom floor. I would never stay here again, unless the cleaning standards and functionality improved. "
