« Une équipe très serviable, gentille et souriante. Mais la chambre d'hôtel était décevante, loin des standards européens : clim capricieuse, WC qui se bouchent (ils ont été très rapide pour déboucher), sans ascenseur (le staff nous monte les valises) Point positif : ils nous ont proposé de nous reloger en nous upgradant, c'est un beau geste commercial. On a pas utilisé la piscine, un peu petite et trop proche de la rue »
