« We were here for the solar eclipse and what a hidden gem on the bay. Close enough to Sandusky and Port Clinton but just far enough away from a hustle and bustle! We couldn’t have chosen a better place! Saundra and her sons were delightful and hospitable the whole time. We enjoyed their firepit, nice snacks comfortable room with all we needed for a great experience to view the eclipse. Two restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again if ever in the area! »

« The motel in a quiet area with a path to walk to a small beach area with a great view. Staff were sweet as can be, check in and out went very smoothly. The porch area around my room door was noticeably buggy and there were several mosquitos that had gotten into my room, but it’s understandable given the proximity to the lake. « We loved staying at the Glass House! There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. It was very clean. Everything we needed was there. The large open kitchen/living area was very comfortable and conducive to visiting with friends. Also there were plenty of areas indoors and out to hang with friends or have some quiet time on your own. The lake and bay views are incredible!! We will most likely rent it again in the future. »
