« This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. « We loved our apartment, it was just the right amout of space for our family of 3. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed! The only thing I would add to the apartment we stayed is blackout curtains. The sun and noise from the east side was a bit annoying. The rooftop pool has a beautiful view of the river, we enjoyed it the most. »

« This was my second time visiting Austin and I cannot say enough about the city and the host. She called me a few days in advance to check in and inform me how to reach her. Her home is stunning, functional, and very clean. You can tell a lot of pride is taken in the maintenance of her property. We had to have a package sent to her home before our arrival and she informed us when it was delivered. I greatly appreciated all her help in making our stay smooth and enjoyable. « Quiet get away »

« The property and area were first class. I wish the pool would have been open. It seems that its in a lawsuit and the pool and restaurant area is closed. It may open this summer, but according to other homeowners they were unsure if it would even open at all this summer. Future guest may want to look into this if you are wanting a pool to go too. »

We continue to return because it's a great space located in the beautiful Circle C neighborhood - great area to walk in green spaces, less than a mile to the Wildflower gardens, minutes from the highway but super quiet, easy to access whatever you want to do in Austin and about 35 minutes to Hill Country! He also wished us safe travels when we checked out. I did not like the idea that we couldn’t adjust the a/c ourselves and there was not a tv. « This is the perfect place to stay. Comfortable, convenient, yet away from town. Beautiful setting and did I mention comfortable . Large porches to sit, relax and take in the peace . Town was just a short drive. We will absolutely return. »

This tiny home was perfect for two, just what we needed for winding down at night and freshening up in the morning before heading out to explore for the day. « The house is so clean and felt safe. Spent the weekend with friends for a funeral, however it was nice to come “home” to a house with friends and relax, listen to the birds sing and drink a glass of wine. The host was very accommodating and communicated well. I would definitely come back again. My only suggestion is for the cost of the place per night, it would be nice to have a Kuerig coffee maker creamer etc. to have in the morning. »

« It was clean. Screened porch was GREAT. Location is choice. The clinic or whatever is across the street had ZERO impact on our stay. I would EASILY book this again for me and a special someone! Galaxy Cafe, coffee place, and market are all an easy stroll down 10th street. »
