« We were in Texas for a family wedding and decided to stay in Austin to check out the town. The location was so convenient to restaurants and shopping. The bike trail next to us allowed our group to see a whole other view of the city and work off some of the BBQ we ate. We also took in a U of Texas baseball game. »

« The location of the property was so great. The room/apt we had was perfect! All the necessities and amenities were great. The bed was so so comfy and perfect. »

« My son and I stayed here on a visit to see my daughter. The place was perfect with a pull out couch bed. The unit is very clean and well appointed. The rooftop pool is a fun place to hang out and cool off. We could easily walk to downtown, the river walk, and Rainey Street bars and restaurants. The view from the unit is amazing. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Beautiful view, could be much better if water levels were normal but that's no fault of the owner. Nice pool and hot tub. Spa was a great spot for a massage. Cleanliness of the fridge and some dishes was suspect (lipstick prints on cups), but everything was supplied you could need. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the hospitality. »

« We came to view the eclipse and had a great time. Property was very nice! We enjoyed the view of the lake and we spent quite a bit of time on the deck. It was nice having a table where we could eat outside. Would’ve like to have had more comfier chairs in the dining area as we played games both nights and sat there extendedly. Master bath was terrific. Would consider renting again if we have a reason to be out that direction! »

« Wonderful property! Felt like our home away from home. It had everything we needed! It was so cute and cozy! My husband enjoyed all the fans in the master so we slept well, my 8yr old son loved all the bunk beds and the big tv in the kids room and I loved all the decorative touches that felt like home. It was close to our family we were visiting so it was perfect. We will definitely be back this summer. :) »

« Located in a super cool part of town, good restaurants and bars at a walking distance and downtown core at about 15 minutes walk. The studio itself is cute and cozy and the little kitchen is very practical if you are staying for a longer period. I was there for SXSW and I was very glad to be a little further from the action and in a trendier part of town »
