"We have stayed twice at this adorable home. Its perfect for couples, friends, family etc. The house is nicely equipped to suit all your needs for morning breakfasts together, evening meals, dips in the hot tub, or playing cards around the dining room table. And to top it off...comfy clean places to lay your head after bourbon trail adventures. The hosts are very communicative, the house is immaculate and we cant wait to come back to make more memories."

"So myself and my adult sons and a friend got together for a weekend in Louisville. The apartment was in an awesome location, very safe neighborhood, plenty of places to eat and a bar close buy with 15 pool tables and live music on weekends. The place was vey clean, a bit dated in the kitchen but no real issues. The check in was a bit quirky the key opens the front door but you also have to type the key code into the combination lock as well. Also the sleeping arrangement listed on VRBO is wrong,...

"The host was wonderful and incredibly prompt with all our needs! Perfect location, safe parking, near great food spots, and doentown. It is across the street from train tracks...but the design and comfortability of this spot is fantastic!"

"Big event in town and the hotel was packed!! But things ran smoothly, maid service each day (which is nice), front desk check-in/out with Karin was speedy, breakfast was good-plenty of options even though it was packed with families. Walking distance to shops & restaurants-good location & safe! Easy to get to places around L’ville with no hassle of downtown hotels/parking/noise."

"one star is too much for this property,my advice never book in this property (dogs house)it’s the filthiest place i ever stayed in, pets hair all over the house beds,blankets,sheets,pillows ,sofas and rugs (unbelievable)swimming pool not clean neither i contacted the host about it she said it’s on the listing it’s pet friendly so it’s been never been cleaned after the previous guests the blankets,sheets,pillows cases never been changed or washed the owner lives in this house and all their filthy...
