"Great friendly staff. Hotel is attached to a mall with a movie theater, which is very convenient. Pool is one of the beat indool hotel pools I've seen, especially at the price point. Unfortunately, area the immediate area downtown is sketchy, so we were concerned about the bikes we had attached to our car. It would have been a pain to take them off as we.were staying just for one night but the staff allowed us to park right in front of the drop off in front of the hotel so we were okay. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!"

"My husband and I were celebrating our 50th Anniversary... We chose Quatro because we had heard great reviews and we had previously experienced the wonderful dining there. We also had been given a gift certificate for Quatro for our anniversary. We thought it would be wonderful to stay there and not have to leave to have an amazing meal !! And gift certificates to help pay our cost!! So we booked our stay. When we arrived, we were informed that the gift certificates were only honored in the restaurant. We said OK, we were planning to dine there that evening. Then we were informed that the restaurant was not open Sunday or Mondays. (We were there on a Sunday) This meant that we now needed to go out and search for another quality restaurant that fit our special occasion. We DID enjoy our stay and the other amenities... it just was disappointing that we had to leave and go elsewhere for our special meal and could not use our gift certificates "
