"Very helpful staff, amazing rooms, clean facilities, and an extremely delicious breakfast! The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but that's what makes it so charming. New facility, so everything is spotless, clean, and new. The gardens were beautiful, and the free bike rentals were clutch. It was great biking to near by restaurants, and sights. Couldn't have been more pleased with the property overall. Travelers, head into Tam Coc for food. It was amazing! "

There is a selection of great vegetarian food and tasty drinks available at any time. We were greatful for being greeted by a smile when we ordered food slightly outside of normal hours. The area is peaceful with a great view on mountains. The hot pool was enjoyable. The bungalow was clean and cosy."

"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. Everthing made fresh for us, smoothies and coffees at breakfast were great too! Huge selection of healthy drinks. The resort is in a random location so it’s very much a place to stay on property but the spa facilities, gym, food and property provided enough to do for a relaxing 2 days. "Problems with air conditioning in one room and didn't realize it had no window but gave us fan to remedy situation. Breakfast was simple but very good. Location great across hospital a little loud but dies down around 9\. Staff are great thank you DA and ANNA and sorry don’t know other workers name. Stored luggage for us when we went on trips. Highly recommend!"
