« Just a few minutes to walk to the beach! Stunning views! The upstairs toilet did not flush, the downstairs shower did not work, and the stove only had 2 working burners. Minor maintenance would make things perfect. Other than that, we had a lovely time! »

« Best place to stay in Los Conchas for beach access and fishing. Have rented before on second row. Worth renting right on the beach. Had a great time. Excellent property! Clean, updated, nothing negative about this one! »

« We love this condo and the fact that it is centrally located, has a large garage for our motorcycles and has a fully stocked kitchen. Its always immaculate when we check in and if we need anything we just email the managers. »

« Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....
