« Hôtel très bien situé, face au Malecon. Chambre vue mer très bruyante jusqu'à passé minuit. Stationnement facile et très sécuritaire, 3 gardiens. Petit désagrément, nous avons trouvé une debarbouillette sale qui avait été utilisé. Nous avains demandé une chaise de douche pour handicapé mais malheureusement elle était défectueuse, ce qui est plus dangereux qu'une chaise de plastique ordinaire.Et le souper buffet n'etait vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix. »

« El hotel es bonito, la alberca con agua calientita, lo unico malo es que ennla habitación de a lado hubo mucho ruido, hasta las 3 am y no dejaron dormir, eso realmente fue muy desagradable. Pues aunque nos hacen firmar las reglas del hotel donde despues de las 10 pm no debes hacer ruido a estas personas no les importó »
