« We traveled from 3 different states to attend our daughter's doctorate degree graduation from the University of KY. The house and the property were incredible! The house was spacious and comfortable- the sunroom was our go-to place for coffee every morning, as we watched the mares and foals in the pastures. The property is absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The property owner was very responsive. Everything was just perfect! »

The house may look small but with the game room in the basement and large yard in the back there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and relax. « Spent a long weekend with a group of guys. Between the outside pond, pool, hot tub and fire pit there wasn’t enough time to enjoy all the fun and games in the basement arcade area. It was also a perfect spot for launching off to the bourbon trail, keeneland racetrack and even clay shooting. Everything was clean and updated and there is plenty of room. « The property was perfect for the 6 of us guys to get away for a bourbon touring weekend. The house was located conveniently for a quick drive to a number of distilleries. It was a super comfy place to hang out in the evening after touring. The owner was super accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed to have a relaxing visit. « The location was beautiful and peaceful. Only issues were massive amount of dead (and some still alive) flies and a kitchen lacking in some basics like dishwasher soap, basic spices, decent knife. Overall a pleasant experience though. »
