"We go to Shreveport LA to visit family and we always stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. Usually we have a super nice room. This room had a lot to lack. Super small tub that had chips in the porcelain. The outside of the fridge needed to be cleaned. Our check in time was 3 pm and we got there at 3:30 and had to wait another hour for a clean room. All the AC in the room was off and it was nearly 80 degrees in our room. This room was just not what we are used too and definitely not as described...

"Very comfortable hotel with generous amenities and friendly, helpful staff. Easy to get to and in a great location, with an unobstructed view of the Red River and downtown Shreveport, and right next to a beautiful river promenade and an outlet mall with a variety of shops and restaurants."

"Room was very clean and bathroom was very roomy. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed. Mattress was not comfortable at all. "

"The rooms are very spacious but extremely out dated. My experience overall was ok. I probably wont stay there again but i woould definitely eat there."
