Elevator situation was tough. Staff used them and you would be stuck waiting for elevators for a long time. Guest reserve all the pool seats and no seating. 1 pool you have to pay to use so really only 1 other pool that’s large. Otherwise really nice place.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful with suggestions of things to do around the area. The only thing I would say is iffy is that the walls are very thin so you could hear doors slamming and the people in the room next to you.
