"We spent a few nights in Galena to kick off our spring break and this cabin was the perfect fit for our family. We were so relaxed in the wooded surroundings and hope to return one day when the weather would allow us to enjoy the incredible deck! My teens loved the hot tub and we all played pool together in the evenings. It’s a spacious home that has been carefully tended to by its owners. "Our group had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and well-stocked. Two porches, one screened and the other open, provided nice areas for us to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We also liked the close proximity to Galena. Would definitely stay there again."

"The location was Great, GPS off a lil bit. There was a messy tree that our shoes dragged little buds in all the time. The key box was a little hard to open. The pool was not used because we couldn't figure out what or where to go. There are a lot of stairs. It is on three different floors. Missing was a home feeling. Little touches that make it feel personal. The beds were comfortable."

"We enjoyed this beautiful historic home with all the updated amenities. We especially enjoyed watching a family of foxes out the kitchen window in the early mornings and evenings. The kitchen area was easy and spacious. If you can walk hills, you'll love walking to and from downtown Galena."

"My siblings and I chose this property for our annual siblings weekend. The cabin was clean, welcoming, and provided everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. We went into town for dinner, went across the street and hiked the trails at Castle rock state Park, and caught several fish right from the deck of the cabin. Would recommend this cabin to anyone seeking a pleasant place to gather and relax."

"Enjoyed our three days. Very clean townhouse. Great golf view. Would stay again, but we would need assurance that the trouble we encountered attempting to access the internet was rectified. We had to leave the unit to find other means of getting wifi...big inconvenience. I am a former resident having owned 3 separate properties at different times since 1991. We love " the Territory"."
