Déjà arrivés au check-in et ça commençait très mal ! Une grande file d'attente et un seul employé qui ne faisait pas grand chose pour aider ou être aimable et des clients qui se plaignaient des chambres délabrées (portes cassées, fuite, saleté, ...) : ça donnait le ton ! The breakfast is a bit short. Coffee, industrial muffins and corn flakes.
