« Our check-in was fine until we discovered the TV in the room didn't work properly. We were told no maintenance was available (this was about 4:30 p.m.), so we had to pick up everything and move to another room. The person who checked us in was fine, but there was another clerk who was rather snide and not nearly as friendly. Someone spilled something on the lobby floor (dry, not wet) that was still on the floor when we returned to the hotel hours later. None of the soda vending machines worked,...

« Staff was very helpful, the bathroom was clean and breakfast staff keep the breakfast area clean and well stocked. Only concern was my 13 month niece is still crawling, her sleeper’s knees become really dirty. They were in room 105. Yuck »

« Our stay was great until it came to check out. I had ask for a later check out offered to even pay extra money sunday morning agreed to a 1pm check-out. As i was getting in the shower 2 different people knocked on the door 1st very apologetic 2nd 1 was when i was in the shower and he decided to knock and just walk right into the room all before 11am. I felt it was a violation of my privacy. No communication was giving for the later check out. Which should of been done.. »
