Located in a quiet community of summer bungalows, it is in great condition and well cared for. The property manager was extremely helpful. There are two good restaurants a short walk away and plenty of areas to walk. The only consideration is that two of the three bedrooms are up a narrow spiral staircase. We had no problem with this, but it could be a challenge for someone with limited mobility. I would stay there again. ##### Sharon N.
