Brand new house and furniture in a highly desirable neighbourhood in Noord. There are 2 bdrms with A/C to sleep 4 and 2 bthrms. A/C in main living area. Spacious backyard with outdoor patio area, table and chairs and bbq. Outdoor clothes hanger. Alarm system. No smoking and no pets. Relaxing views of parasailors and kitesurfers enjoying the waves and tradewinds, not 5 minutes away. If the house had hot water it would definitely be a 5 star . House was clean and even nicer then the pictures.Great location, quiet neighbourhood .
